Well done to everyone who passed their Silver and Gold tests today, and those who were successful in the Bronze last week. For those that didn't manage it this time, keep at it and good luck for the next test.

After all the unsettled weather of late, we were very lucky to have the sun shine almost all day for our show on Sunday. There was a great turn out and all three rings, plus the kitchen were fairly bustling.
Thanks to everyone who turned out and helped to raise just over £1000 on the day. Thanks also to the three judges and to all those who worked hard to make it a successful show.
Our annual show in aid of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People will be held this Sunday at the usual venue of Roseisle Hall, nr Burghead.
Entries will be taken from 11am with judging starting at 12 noon. There will be the usual pedigree, novelty and obedience classes taking place in 3 rings. Entry costs £2.50 for the first class and 50p all subsequent.
Pedigree judge - Sue Fraser (Redhunt). Novelty judge - Lisa Lee-Hempshall. Obedience judge - Sandra Dawson.
The kitchen will be open for pies, filled rolls, baking etc.
Well done to all our members who were placed at Crufts this year. It was a really good year with at least sixteen members getting prizes and quite a few of them with more than one dog.
Morag in particular had a fantastic day. It was the first year that an Import Register class was held at Crufts and Morag's four dogs had a clean sweep. Tilly ended up taking Best Import and this gave them the opportunity to have a lap of honour in the main arena before the utility group was judged, plus an appearance on TV.
Congratulations again to everyone, here's a photo of a few of those who were in the prizes.
We are a Kennel Club registered club holding classes in St Thomas's Hall, Keith on Tuesday evenings.
Ringcraft 6.30-7.15pm, Puppy 7.15-8pm, Bronze Good Citizen Dog Scheme 8-8.45pm, Silver and Gold Good Citizen 8.45-9.30pm. £2 per dog per class.
New members are always welcome.
The club is run by a committee of volunteers, none of the trainers receive any payment. Any profits made go back into the club and regular donations are given to charity.
As part of the test, owners are required to carry a poop scoop and also make sure that their dog wears an identity disc.
We would like to point out that BY LAWthe disc should show the owner's name and address, anything different will result in the dog failing the test. Phone number and postcode are optional but not required by law.
Information on the KC Good Citizen Dog Scheme can be found here
